Scientists have accidentally discovered a mutant enzyme that can fully eat up and decompose common plastic, and could help the world solve the problem of plastic waste. Lagos has been ranked third among the 10 least liveable cities in the world. This was contained in the 2018 Global Liveability Index released by The Economist Intelligence Unit and World Bank.
