Deeper Life completes #5billion Worth Headquaters —4th Largest in the world (Photos)


Deeper Life Bible Church, foremost Pentecostal Church in Africa  has finally completed its international headquaters at Gbagada, Logos state.
The 30,000 capacity church project had gone on for about 13 years managed by Cappa and D’alberto. And it is valued at about $16million, that is #5billion 
It is said to be the fourth largest completed church auditorium in the world. The first being the  50,000  seater faith tabernacle at Ota Ogun state belonging to Living Faith Church, Winner Chapel.
Nigeria presently has a plethora of megachurch buildings under construction, all of which rank among the largest in the world.

The MFM Temple with a capacity of 500,000, 
The New Faith Theatre  of  Winners Chapel which is 100,000 seater

Salvation Ministries 90,000 seater in Portharcourt.
 The Great Tabernacle of The Apostolic Faith Mission-75,000 
The Lords Garden of Dunamis International Christian Centre-70,000 in Abuja
 They are all under construction and when completed are billed to be the five largest auditoria in the world in that order.
Churches are not playing in Nigeria amidst this recession.

OVER 20 PEOPLE DIE FROM FIRE EXPLOSION AT AN ILLEGAL OIL REFINERY IN BAYELSA

20 people  at least have reportedly been killed at an illegal refinery at Kolo Creek in the Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State and many others were said to have suffered varying degrees of buruns due to the explosion It was alleged that te JTF, Operation Delta Safe, and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, security outfits directly in charge of checking illegal bunkering, pipeline vandalism and illegal refineries, have had knowledge of the camp but allegedly failed to stop its operation ever since. HIV/AIDS: Michael Okpara University Discovers New Cure

 Prof. Francis Otunta, the Vice Chancellor (VC), Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia state has confirmed the discovery of a new drug for the treatment and cure of HIV/AIDS by the institution. Otunta told newsmen at the university campus on Wednesday that the finding followed years of scientific research by the institution. He said that the breakthrough was made by one Prof. Maduike Ezeibe, a researcher in the university. According to him, Ezeibe had presented the drug to the University management, Senate and Council, where he explained the processes he went through to arrive at his findings. TEACHERS FAIL APTITUDE TEST IN LAGOS

The Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, TRCN, Lagos State, on Monday said about 51 teachers did fail the Professional Qualifying Examination, PQE, conducted by the council on 14th of october Gbolahan Enilolobo, the state coordinator of the council, disclosed that 412 teachers sat for the maiden edition of the examination. He said the failure of the teachers was mainly because they were not conversant with the use of the computer, adding that many of them are not digitally compliant. The TRCN had on October 14 conducted the examination for the teachers, through Computer Based Test, CBT. The examination was to qualify the successful teachers to register as professionals and be licensed with the council. Catholics return to CAN After 5 years of Absence

Catholics return to CAN after five years absence. The Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, CSN, has returned to the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, after five years of walking out of the national Christian Umbrella body in the country over some irreconcilable differences with the leadership. Vanguard recalls that Catholic Bishops had in a letter dated September 24, 2012 which was signed by their President, Archbishop Ignatius Kaigama, and addressed to the then CAN President, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, announced the withdrawal of the Catholic church from the organisation. However, in 2017, Kaigama led a delegation from the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria, CBCN, to the CAN National secretariat where, in a meeting with the CAN President, Rev Dr Samson Ayokunle and his team, they addressed the identified grey areas and fashioned out wways of addressing them.
